Eligible Participants Priority

1st Priority - Class “A”, Life, Corporate, Junior Executive*

2nd Priority - Intermediate and Others*

*Must sign up within registration dates. All members that sign up after registration dates will be added on a first come first served basis.

Registration Acceptance Priority

1st Priority - Played in 3 of last 3 Invitationals

2nd Priority - Played in 2 of last 3 Invitationals

3rd Priority - Played in 1 of last 3 Invitationals

These participants will be randomly ranked, via lottery system, at the end of registration to decide the priority in which open spots will be filled. In the event a member does not get in the tournament, their spot on the list will be maintained the following year. Members must register in accordance with registration dates to maintain their position.

4th Priority - Played 0 of last 3 Invitational’s but on previous year’s Lottery List

Will need to register prior to the Registration End Date in order to maintain spot on lottery list. These members will fill available spots not filled by above priorities. **

5th Priority - Played 0 of last 3 Invitational’s and not on previous year’s Lottery List

Will need to register prior to the Registration End Date. Names will be randomly ranked, via lottery system after Lottery Registration ends, and fill the remaining open spots not filled by the above priorities. **

** In the event that an opening is turned down more than 2 weeks before the first day of the tournament, that member will lose their position on the lottery list. If an opening is turned down within the 2 weeks before the first day of the tournament, the member will maintain their spot on the next year's lottery list as long as they sign up for the next year's tournament before that year's Lottery Registration End Date.

*** In order to have minimal impact on the announced schedule, the above priority is applicable only until Flights have been posted. After flights are posted, any cancellations will be filled from the lottery list, but replacing team MUST be within +/- 1 Flight of team being replaced. Members will need to replace Guests utilizing the same theory, or will be required to forfeit their participation in the event.

Participant Requirements

All members must have played 12 rounds at Meadowbrook between 8/13/17 - 7/14/18, which is the handicap cutoff date. All guests must have a certified handicap and have played 10 rounds between 1/1/18 - 7/14/18.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations thirty (30) days prior to the event – Members will be charged 50% of the entry fee.
Cancellations two (2) weeks prior to the event – Members will be charged 100% of the entry fee.

**The MCC Men’s Invitational Committee reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the administration of the tournament, including, but not limited to, eligibility for the tournament, participant handicaps, and final results. The decision of the Committee is final.
